If I had to choose my favourite Aston Martin from the entire range it would without doubt be the V8 Vantage. Only today I saw the convertible version in white with a red leather interior - just like this one - it looked absolutely stunning.

The pictures above are of the Premier4509 bodykit for the Vantage. As you can see it’s fairly aggresive but once again proof that white really does suit Astons. Beautiful.

It’s fantastic to see tuning companies like Lumma choosing white to showcase their aftermarket bodykits etc. This CLR600 kit is designed specifically for the standard BMW 6-series range and looks awesome.

Here at WhiteCarWorld.com we’re big fans of TechArt. We love how they take already-powerful cars and make them completely over the top. Take this 911 Turbo and Cayenne as examples.

Their latest masterpiece above is the TechArt GT Street RS based on the Porsche GT2. The original GT2 had 530 horsepower, 505 lb-ft of torque. The new version has a massive 700 horsepower and 634 lb-ft of torque! God bless TechArt!

Introducing the Volkswagen Touareg “North Sails” design study. In other words a concept that is on display at the “Travemünder Woche,” the second largest annual race week in sailing in Germany.

The concept features custom 19 inch wheels, fog lights, outside mirror and reflectors equipped with aquamarine blue colored lenses - in keeping with a nautical theme.

The inside of the car features natural teak wood flooring panels outlined with LED lighting strips. Matching the exterior lighting there is aquamarine zig-zag stitching pattern in the white Nappa leather seats and door panels in addition to North Sail branded stainless steel entry strips. Snowbeige white Alcantara headliner lies above while a set of binoculars and compass on the instrument panel round out the interior equipment.

To make this special edition just a little more special it even comes with a North Sails bicycle!

We’ve said it before, Audi’s look great in white (apart from maybe the Q7 which looks like an ice cream van), and this A5 looks particulary stunning. With a bodykit and new wheels from Caractere it’s sure to turn heads.

This is officially the fastest production car in the world, the Shelby SuperCars (SSC) Ultimate Aero.

This is the first time the production speed record title has been held by a United States auto manufacturer since the Ford GT40 claimed the record in 1967. Guinness’ strict testing procedure required the car to drive down the course, turn around, and make a second pass in the opposite direction within one hour. The vehicle’s official “top speed” was then calculated by averaging the top speeds of each pass in order to negate any favorable road or weather conditions. Driver Chuck Bigelow, 71, drove SSC’s Ultimate Aero on a stretch of highway 221, clocking 414.31 kph (257.44 mph) on the first pass and 410.24 kph (254.91 mph) on the second pass to yield an official record speed of 412.28 kph (256.18 mph). From data presented by Dewetron’s world-renowned data acquisition system, Guinness officials verified the official speed to be .52 kph (.32 mph) faster than SSC had originally noted. This breaks the current official record held by the Koenigsegg CCR at 388 kph by 24.28 kph (15.09 mph) and the Bugatti Veyron’s unofficial speed of 408.47 kph by 5.84 kph (3.63 mph).

Thanks to John from the USA who sent us in these pics of his 2000 Dodge Dakota R/T.

To say it’s been heavily modified is an uderstatement. John has had extensive work done including: The 5.9 litre engine has a Mopar M1 intake manifold, ceramic coated headers, larger throttle body with K&N 14″ air filter with x-treme top, performance tuned ECU. It is also lowered, has Richmond 4.56 gears in the rear end with an LSD, rear disc brake conversion with slotted and drilled Baer rotors, and that is just the start of the mod list!

Great pics John, I’m a big fan of American trucks, having imported two Cadillac Escalades to the UK in my time.
